Once your final design has been discussed, an invoice will be sent to you. You will have 14 days to accept the invoice and make payment, after 14 days your invoice will be invalid. You will then need to request a new invoice to be sent.
All payments must be paid upfront to start work. If you would prefer to pay installments/deposits, work will only be created for the hours paid for.
POP (Proof of Payment) must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that any invoice accepted and paid for may not be refundable for work completed. Refunds may be refundable if a project was not completed, and you have hours unused for the project.
All design work requested must be given and paid for with a minimum of 4 business days’ notice (weekends and public holidays not included). Please note if payment is needed to start on the project. Last-minute/same day work is not accepted. If the project is last minute and urgent, please discuss it further with us and we may be able to assist, based on our workload. We will inform you.
Rabbets Design works on a first come first serve basis, all projects that are paid for will be added to our client project list based on the order of payment and correct content given. You will then be given an estimated time of completion.
Our working hours are from 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday. If you chose to contact Rabbets Design out of working hours or on public holidays you will only receive a response between 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
Only 3 small revisions (per design) can be made after initial mock-ups are provided by Rabbets Design, these revisions include fonts, colours, images (photos or stock) and small layout revisions. If you require many revisions additional fees may apply. You will be notified if this applies and will be charged at an hourly rate.
Please note that your 3 small revisions per design are only valid for 7 days after work has been presented to you. After that you will be charged per hour for revisions.
Portfolio and Website Credit
Rabbets Design reserves the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and website credits to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue, please inform us.
Copyright for artwork
Graphic designs created at Rabbets Design are custom-created and exclusive to each business. After full payments are made the designs are yours. Any working files requested may only be used by your business to make changes and may not be reused for design or personal purposes.
Please note Rabbets Design reserves the right to use stock images where necessary.
Any projects that are not chosen or paid for will become the property of Rabbets Design and may be used elsewhere.
A project will be considered abandoned if Rabbets Design has not heard back from you in 30 days. You will not have any right to use any of the work that was presented to you unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after 30 days, new fees may apply.
Procedures for Social Media Work
When agreeing to move forward with Rabbets Design’s social media services, you are agreeing to the following:
You will receive your posts for the new month in the last week of the month. (You will be notified of any delays). This will allow time for any revisions if necessary (please see revision policies above, as they will apply).
Your schedule will be sent to you for the new month in the last week of the month. (You will be notified of any delays).
Your report for the previous month will be sent to you in the first week of the new month. (The reports are based on all social media work completed by Rabbets Design, any extra content added by you will not be added unless discussed with us. Extra fees may apply, you will be notified).
You will receive your invoice for the new month in the last week of the month. Payment must be paid by the 1st of the new month for work to be scheduled.
If you choose not to continue with Rabbets Design’s social media services, we must be notified in writing a minimum of 10 days before the new month starts, failure to do so may result in fees applying for work created.
Please note that Rabbets Design is reliant on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and Pinterest) to completed social media work. RD will not be responsible for any issues that may be caused on each platform, and we advise you to go and read their terms and conditions. Rabbets Design only designs, schedules, and uses the platform to create the reports. All insights are based on what is given to us by each platform, we will not be responsible of any problems we run into on each platform.
Each platform is constantly updating, and we advise you to keep up to date with their updates and changes, as these are out of our hands. Any COVID-related problems are out of our hands and may cause fewer views, shares and sometimes even cause accounts to be blocked due to each platform’s terms of service.
Contract with Rabbets Design
By entering a project or social media services with Rabbets Design, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.
Rabbets Design’s policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without any prior notice to you.
All designs in our mock-ups, working files and portfolio were custom designed by us and cannot be used elsewhere.
We respect all our clients and their businesses, please offer the same respect to the Rabbets Design Team.
